Wisconsin Style Havarti

Developed right here at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the 1980s, our havarti is a soft cheese with a smooth and creamy texture. Wisconsin-style havarti is mild with a buttery flavor. This cheese is excellent for melting. It is great for grilled cheese, pizzas, and casseroles.
